HOME NETWORKING
The KPS Structured Wiring System (also offered in a package as Select, Premier or Executive Get Connected Systems) is designed to provide your home and family with the high definition, high capacity wiring infrastructure demanded by today's High Definition - Digital Video, Internet, computer networking and gaming environments. Instead of using traditional copper wires for phone and standard coaxial wiring for video, the Structured Wiring System utilizes high speed Category 5e cabling for phone, computer networking, Internet and gaming, and the high capacity shielded coaxial cable to accommodate the new HD digital video signals.
Premier Structured Wiring
Package Includes:
- 12" Wiring Distribution Enclosure
- phone/video module
- (3) phone outlets
- (3) cable outlets
- (2) RG6 cabling
- (2) Cat5e cabling
- * Depending on your Builders options, you will recieve either a Cat5 or Cat6 cabling option.
Home Networking Package One
Package Includes:
- 30" Legrand/OnQ Structured Wiring enclosure with hinged access door
- (1) 8 port gigabit network switch
- (4) Cat 5e data outlets (Must choose the Select, Premier or Ultimate Structured Wiring Package to select this option unless Structured Wiring is provided as a standard by your Builder).
Home Networking Package Two
Package Includes:
- 30" Legrand/OnQ Structured Wiring enclosure with hinged access door
- (1) Long Range 802.11ac WAPceiling mounted,
- (1) 8 port gigabit network switch
- (2) Cat 5e data outlets (Must choose the Select, Premier or Ultimate Structured Wiring Package to select this option unless Structured Wiring is provided as a standard by your Builder).
Wireless Access Point
Wireless Access Point: Long Range 802.11ac WAP ceiling mounted. Select Structured Wiring first, if not included in home. Does not include in home setup.
CAT6 UPGRADE WHOLE HOUSE
Whole House Cat. 6 Cabling Upgrade: Upgrades all Cat 5e cables to whole house to Cat. 6 cabling. Select Structured Wiring first, if not included in home.
