Jonathan was amazing! He got our home security system set up quickly and was incredibly thorough with information. He made sure we had all of our questions answered. He also delivered us our subwoofer a couple weeks later and helped us get it hooked up while troubleshooting an issue we were initially experiencing; all of this done quickly without any holdups. If you can ask for Jonathan, do it!! He's awesome!

If I could, I would give Kenya and Cesar 100 stars plus.My morning started off with not being able to disarm my alarm to get back into my house. A lady by the name of Kenya spent the time helping me get into the house and set up for a technician to come out to my home to see what was going on the very same day.I actually had a breakdown on the phone with Kenya as I was so upset. Kenya walked me through it to get me back into the house. Cesar checked my system and redid my phone so it would not happen again.They both were very understanding, helpful,professional and knowledgeable.I have been with this security company since 2004.
